Trigger Point Therapy

Improved circulation, reduced tension, improved mobility, increased energy levels.
Trigger points are sore, painful knots found in muscles. These knots are sensitive and when pressure is applied they produce deferred pain. A trigger point massage helps work out these knots and reduce the pain associated with them.

A nurturing massage that focuses on the special needs of the mothers-to-be during pregnancy. We offer a special maternity bolster that allows the mom to lay face down during her massage.
